Date Night Review- Hot Suppa!

So per our regular date night routine the husband and I went to a local hot spot in Portland called Hot Suppa. I work near by and have been wanting to try it for some time but was unable to convince myself to. So when the husband said that he was "taking me out somewhere" and we started walking toward the restaurant I could feel my inside getting all excited. Walking inside I discovered that the place was a lot smaller than I thought. Getting a quick glance I saw that there were about 15 tables, maybe less and a small bar that sat a few people. The husband had been watching BBQ specials on Netflix and was determined to get some great pulled pork so he already knew what he was getting. I on the other hand glanced over the menu and checked out the specials. I noticed that it was somewhat pricy being around 10-20 dollars per meal. We both order a drink special called creole something...I forgot. It was vodka infused with cranberry topped off with champagne, honestly the champagn...

Fake it FABREZE

Hey all!     So some of you do but some of you do not know that my wonderful husband Matthew is a veteran who currently is going through the VA to finally get his back looked at. Watching the person you have committed your life to and who you love be in pain is the most horrible thing to experience. Matthew and I have known each other for a few years and when I met him I did not know how bad he was injured. It was not until we started dating and watching the pain in his eyes as he is trying to just sit and watch a movie with me. I am so grateful for him. It makes me also thankful for our veterans and current military like my brother in law Ryan for serving our country. WE ALL SHOULD BE GRATEFUL.      On that note Matthew was forced to stop working so that he would not injure himself more so we now have a single family income...and I work in social service so  I am no SUGA mama or anything but we try. So certain things we had to give up or make substitute...

Essie Magnetic Nail Polish- Review

Welcome to my first review...and this is how it all went down. Walking through my local Rite-Aid with my fab husband I stopped in my tracks and became very distracted by Essie's new Magnetic nail polish... I am such a fan of cute nails and I just had to get it. I begged the husband ha ha not really. So I picked up this nail polish with such high hopes not only because I LOVE ESSIE nail polish but also because it was 12.99, for that price this polish should be amazing right?? I have NEVER in my life paid that much for nail polish but I really wanted to try it.                                      So I got on the polish train.... this is my before picture Not to bad, my nails are a little dirty :(  I have always had short natural nails. I tried getting my nails done  but for me having short nails works the best. PLUS when I am bored I like to change my nail polish....
