Summer Must Haves

Summer arrived late in Maine this year. I was still wearing my winter coat in MAY! And we won’t even bring up the amount of rain that we had. However July is here (the month of my birth and my wedding anniversary) and so is the sun, heat and humidity! Lets face it, humidity is the devil in the glam world, the sun makes it    hard to look cute while shes is shining in our eyes and the heat makes it hard to breathe. It may seem like I hate summer but I most  definailty  do not! I love summer! I love the feel of the sun on my face while a nice breeze is coming in. I love to BBQ everything and all that is summer beer! I love playing with the kids outside and watching them and our garden grow during the summer days.  Part of the reason why I can enjoy my summer days is because I have found a few products that help me during these hot summer months.  These are some of  my summer must haves. *all products were bought with my own money ...

Full Face- CHEAP drug store

 How many of you scroll through Instagram or Pinterest just eye fucking these amazing makeup looks, only to find out they used a 50 dollar pallet? I have NOTHING against spending some big money on makeup... My husband can confirm this. I also believe that you do not NEED to spend a ton to achieve amazing looks! Everything I used today was from the brand Wet N' Wild which has some of the cheapest make up at the drug store! Here are the deets I did not use liquid foundation for this look...I have been feeling the natural skin lately so I just have moisturizer and the primer that Wet N' Wild sells. Liveglam- KissMe

A few months ago I wrote about Live Glams monthly brush club and how it turned me into a complete brush slut well I am now a lipstick junkie. Live Glam has now come out with the "Kiss Me" monthly box. Each month you receive three different liquid lipstick for 19.99 a month. If you do the math that is 6.60 each! Not bad! Kiss Me came out swinging with some amazing colors for the first months box. This months theme was "Take Me Away", with names like Rome, Milan and Paris this box was full of matte shades that would look amazing on any skin tone!  The first one that caught my eye was Paris, perfect pinky nude... my jam. Next was Milan, which was more on the berry side and then Rome which was more a brown-nude color. They all were highly pigmented and wore well throughout the day and didn't dry out my lips!  I am going to continue the monthly subscription for a few months to build up my collection, but that is the best part you can cancel ANYTIME o...
